wild spirit mini sessions | Saturday september 11th 2021

DETAILS!: Wild Spirit Minis will be taking place on Saturday Sep 11th starting at 7:30 a.m. - sunset.

WHERE: 2614 Else Rd, Agassiz, BC V0M 1A3 (“Mielle’s Meadows”) On arrival: Please drive in carefully and park at the big red barn (drive straight, it’s at the right on the end). Just wait there and someone will come and get you when we’re ready for you! This will also be helpful for making sure each individual session is as private as possible in the field.

RAIN DATE: We have a rain date of Saturday Sep 18th should the weather be bad on the 11th. If your session needs to be rescheduled, I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible (usually the day before or morning of — if your session is in the evening— I leave it until last minute because the weather forecast is fairly unpredictable and stormy/moody clouds are perfect shooting conditions)

WHAT TO BRING: Bring along water, an outfit if you want to, clothing you feel comfortable and amazing in. These images can be shot in clothing, underwear, nude or implied nude - whatever you’re comfortable with is ok with me.

SHIVERZ DESIGNS PIECES: Siobhan will have a variety of pieces available to use for the session, these will be borrowed from her own collection and sanitized in between uses.

PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to or at the session, either in cash, cheque or e-transfer to sarah@sarahsovereign.com Retainer: A $100 nonrefundable retainer is due on booking, which can be sent to sarah@sarahsovereign.com via e-transfer. This will hold your spot for the minis!

PROJECT AIM: Please feel free to bring along any incontinence/menstrual products you have to the shoot for donation to Project AIM, or consider making a cash donation.

PORTRAIT CONTRACT

Copyright: I acknowledge that Sarah Sovereign Photography retains the copyright for the images taken during the session, and that these images cannot be altered via filters, apps, etc.

Retainers: Retainers are nonrefundable and taken upon booking to hold your spot, in the event of client cancellation/no show, retainers will not be returned. If you think you need to cancel, please get in touch right away to discuss options.

Payment: I understand that full payment is due before or at the session. Sessions that are unpaid for after 3 days will be deleted, unedited, and retainers forfeit. ***If you are having issues paying for your session, please get in touch with me right away to discuss options.

Model Release: I grant unrestricted, irrevocable permission to Sarah Sovereign Photography to use, display, publish, print and exhibit images and/or video taken of me, or of a minor of whom I am a parent/legal guardian. Permission may include, but is not is limited to, photographic competitions, the Internet, mixed media artworks, advertisement/marketing, stock imagery and art gallery exhibitions. I release all claims to any profits that may arise from these endeavours, and hereby release Sarah Sovereign Photography and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability in relation to said photographs/video/works. For nude images, see the addition to the submission form.

Reshoots & Tardiness: I understand that requested reshoots due to factors outside of Sarah Sovereign Photography’s control (including but not limited to: appearance, outfits, behaviour, tardiness) will be billed at regular photography rates as a new session. Late arrivals will not extend the session time, and at 10 minutes past the session start time, if contact has not been made, Sarah Sovereign Photography will move onto the next booking. For this reason, Sarah Sovereign Photography is not responsible for the limited amount of gallery images produced via shortened session times.

Liability: Sarah Sovereign Photography takes the utmost care with all files, but in the event of loss or damage outside of her control (including but not limited to: card / camera / hard drive malfunction, fire, theft), I agree Sarah Sovereign Photography will only be liable for refunding the price of the overall session or providing a reshoot.  

Safety: I understand that sessions may end early or not occur due to safety concerns, such as - but not limited to - verbal threats, physical harm, risky behaviours, and/or intoxication. In the event of any of the above behaviours, Sarah Sovereign Photography reserves the right to end the session without notice or explanation.

Covid: I understand that if anyone in the household/shoot is unwell, or displaying symptoms of Covid (such as, but not limited to: fever, sore throat, loss of taste/smell) the shoot will be rescheduled. Please get in touch right away. If someone has been exposed to Covid, waiting for test results, has travelled internationally, or has been ordered to quarantine, sessions must be rescheduled. I understand that I can come to Sarah Sovereign Photography with health and safety concerns at any time.

Archived Images: Once images are delivered to the client, images are archived. A $100 unarchiving fee will be charged for re-delivering files after 30 days, per retrieval. Images are archived for a limited amount of time, and may not be available. I acknowledge that it is CLIENT's responsibility to back up all files, and Sarah Sovereign Photography is not responsible for files after they have been delivered. (Online backups like BackBlaze.com or Dropbox, as well as a USB placed in a fireproof safe are recommended.) 

Editing: Editing includes image processing for tone, colour, exposure, sharpness and grain. Extensive edits may be available at an additional charge, dependent upon request - blemish removal, airbrushing, etc, are all considered extensive edits. Editing can take up to 4-6 weeks – in the event that editing should take longer, Sarah Sovereign Photography will be in touch as soon as possible. Rush orders may be available for additional fees. 

The Photographer (Sarah Sovereign) and licensees or assignees may have unrestricted use of these for whatever purpose, including advertising, with any retouching or alteration without restriction.

I have read this portrait contract form carefully and fully understand its meanings and implications.
